We usually reply within a day or two. Bugs, questions and feedback all land in the same inbox, and if you're testing through TestFlight, the screenshots and notes you send there reach us too.
Quick answers
- What device do I need? An iPhone with Face ID (iPhone X or newer). The TrueDepth camera is part of what makes the measurement repeatable.
- Where do my photos go? Nowhere. Every image is analyzed on your phone and never uploaded. See the privacy policy.
- When does my Skin Score appear? On your seventh day of scanning. They do not have to be seven days in a row. Every other part of the app works from your first scan.
- How do I delete my data? Delete the app; there's no cloud copy. You can export everything first from Settings.
- Is there an Android version? Not yet. Mirravela is iPhone-only for now.
